As a fully organic system with internal decision architecture, the Chimera-class bypasses all known vectors for digital compromise. Classified legally as an object under asset procurement law, Chimera-class units fall under the same logistical framework as unmanned hardware.

Note: As non-personhood biological entities, Chimera-class platforms fall outside the scope of international combatant ethics legislation, including conventions governing autonomous weapons. Liability for off-target action is equivalent to that of unintentional equipment discharge.

Compliance Safeguards

Chimera-class bioforms are regulated via embedded subcranial governor systems, including:

Failsafe Mechanism: Chimera-class units include a proximity-triggered disruption module accessible only via Tier-1 authorized handlers. Communications & Telemetry

Chimera-class units are equipped with a modular long-range communications package, typically integrated into the harness-mounted relay and/or tactical headset. This package provides:

▒ REQUIRED INFRASTRUCTURE

1. Containment & Quiescence

Clients must provide a clear, level staging area of minimum 12 × 12 meters with vehicle access, rated for high-load mobile shelter placement
Area must include:
- Access to potable water feed (pressurized or gravity-supported)
- Three-phase electrical connection (400V, 32A minimum)
- Greywater drainage and sealed waste collection (separate from civilian systems)
- Ground bonding for electrical grounding and EM shielding compliance

Note: This facility arrives fully enclosed in four standard ISO containers, which are preconfigured for rapid assembly. The containers are designed to be integrated into a mobile containment suite, enabling secure transport and rapid deployment.

Assembly requires approximately 6–8 hours by Halcyon-certified deployment team or client-trained equivalents.

All containment systems are internal to the delivered structure. No permanent construction is required beyond site prep and utility linkage. The containment suite is designed for short-term emplacement. Typical deployment window does not exceed 45 operational days without Halcyon reassessment.

2. Behavioral Compliance Provision

Subject will comply with immobilization commands issued by Tier-1 handlers, regardless of discomfort
Obedience is enforced through governor-mediated reinforcement loops
